Usually a 4 week, intensive boot camp course leading in to the Summer, this year we are running to single sessions during Decmber to dust off the Xmas cobwebs and start the New year regime early!! Its time to flatten that tummy, tone up those bingo wings, trim down those thighs, ripple those abs, Fit4purpose Boot Camp is the perfect way to ensure that you get the body you want in time for the summer season!
